1943 US WW2 Bayonet

Original Second World War period U.S. military bayonet, dated 1943. A good honest example showing the expected age and service wear, with a pleasing untouched appearance throughout. Complete with its composite scabbard showing the initials P.S. 

The blade retains a good profile with visible period markings, while the hilt and grips show typical handling and storage wear consistent with military use.

A solid original wartime example, ideal for a U.S. militaria or Second World War collection.
